Our bodies have the power to heal themselves, but we need to listen to them. Chemicals simply mask our symptoms, while natural herbs treat the causes, allowing our bodies to heal on their own.
Over the past 3 years, I’ve taken a strong interest in natural healing and wellness care. After my father passed from Cancer, I began doing my own research and found that many of the drugs pushed by our healthcare providers are not always our best option.
In this podcast, I share some of my journey and highlight some of the incredible benefits I have experienced by moving to a natural wellness care lifestyle, to include how I have become even more mindful of what I am putting in my body, become a smarter consumer of foods, and focused more on protecting our environment.

Health & Healing Tonic Recipe
This recipe is antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, and an anti-inflammatory. I take one tablespoon every morning in my smoothie, and when I am feeling ill, I’ll take 1 tbs every 3 hours until symptoms subside.
4 cloves of garlic
1 – 2 inches of organic ginger root
2 tsp turmeric
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 cups raw, unfiltered organic Apple cider Vinegar
Liquify all ingredients in food processor and refrigerate in glass container.
