Changecast: Lori Latimer & Mental Health Stigma

Helping Others

Lori Latimer is a helper. As a licensed social worker with a masters in social work, Lori has worked closely with people in need throughout the Philadelphia area. In this Changecast, Lori, Joel, and Dennis discuss both personal challenges they’ve faced and the situations they have encountered throughout their careers in the field of mental health. If you, or anyone you know is suffering from a mental health disorder, you do not want to miss this Changecast.

Mental health is not a choice, but a real condition that affects just about everyone at some point in our lives. In this Changecast we explore the negative stigma that follows mental health circumstances and recommend ways to address this serious problem.
